Noticed general energy level up in 1st week of taking Earth Source

All I knew was I wasn't feeling as well I should with no sickness or other symptoms. I started with this stuff paying far more for it elsewhere. A store specialist listened to my situation and suggested this product costing 3x more than what I had been taking. Desperate enough to pay for it though not expecting anything particularly I decided not trying was choosing to stay the same. After 3 or 4 days I notice I was feeling 'normal' and wondered why. It took me a bit to realize the only thing different was having started Earth Source. Never did a supplement found in an average grocery store lift my general energy levels to start feeling good. I still don't know what in particular I needed but I know it wasn't L-Arginine in a supplement. Be wary of such supplements; most of us without medical issues do not need to take amino acids, though nine are essential (obtained only by food intake). Earth Source filled in what ever it was I lacked in food lifestyle. It is a quality product. Later I learned I had to watch the iron level and drop to 1 or 2 tabs a day causing no perceived degradation after being 'recovered'.
